Is there a minimum term of contract?

We offer a 6-month trial for all our IT support packages. After the trial, the agreement continues with a 12-month contract term.

What are the standard helpdesk hours?

Our helpdesk is available 8:30am – 6:00pm Monday to Friday excluding UK Public Holidays. However, we do offer out of hours support as an add on to your IT Support Package.

Do you support Tablets and Phones?

Absolutely, we live in an age where everyone is connected all the time and we can fully support tablets and mobile phones.

Can I have regular on-site visits as part of my agreement?

Yes, in fact, we encourage every client to schedule regular visits. Many productivity-affecting IT issues often go unnoticed until an IT professional is onsite.
